“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19

For the next few weeks, we will be learning how God provided for His people throughout the Bible. We will be recognizing and discussing how He provides for us now. And because He provides for us, we will talk about our need to be grateful to Him and trust Him.

This month, as you notice God’s provision in your life, point it out to your children. This might mean simply observing the sunrise or sunset and telling your kids that God gives us what we need every day. It could be that you want to tell them some stories about how you have seen God’s faithfulness to provide for you financially. You can tell them about times He has provided for your emotional needs. Most importantly, you can tell them about how God provided for your spiritual need-your need for a Savior. Tell them the story of when you came to accept Jesus as your Savior and Lord.
